These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Find Your Voice with Jacqueline, LLC website and vocal coaching services. By accessing our website, requesting a consultation, scheduling a lesson, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Find Your Voice with Jacqueline, LLC provides vocal coaching, voice lessons, consultations, and related instructional services for children, teens, and adults.
Services may be offered in person, virtually, individually, or in group formats depending on availability and the selected offering.
2. Eligibility and Minors
Students under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate in lessons or coaching services.
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for scheduling, payment, communication, and agreement to these Terms on behalf of a minor student.
3. Consultations and Scheduling
Consultations and lessons are scheduled based on availability. Appointment times are not guaranteed until confirmed by FYV Studio.
Students are expected to arrive or log in on time and be prepared for each lesson.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with at least 24 hours' notice.
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, unless otherwise agreed by FYV Studio.
No-shows may also be charged in full.
5. Payments
Payment is due according to the agreed lesson, package, or program terms.
FYV Studio may accept payment through approved third-party payment platforms or other agreed payment methods.
Fees are subject to change. Any updated pricing will apply to future bookings or renewals.
6. Refunds
Payments for completed lessons are non-refundable.
Refunds for prepaid packages, missed lessons, or special circumstances are handled at the discretion of FYV Studio unless otherwise required by law.
7. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Attend scheduled lessons on time
- Practice and prepare as recommended
- Communicate scheduling conflicts as early as possible
- Treat instructors and other students with respect
- Follow guidance for healthy and safe vocal technique
8. Vocal Health Disclaimer
Vocal coaching is educational in nature and is not medical treatment, speech therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare advice.
Students experiencing pain, vocal strain, injury, or medical concerns should consult a qualified medical professional.
9. Results Disclaimer
FYV Studio is committed to providing supportive and professional vocal instruction. However, individual progress and results vary based on practice, consistency, goals, and other factors.
We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, auditions, roles, placements, or professional opportunities.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, lesson materials, exercises, documents, branding, and other materials provided by FYV Studio are owned by or licensed to FYV Studio unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share materials without written permission.
11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
12. Third-Party Services
FYV Studio may use third-party platforms for scheduling, payments, video calls, email communications, or website hosting. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FYV Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
